Ingredients:

  • zucchini
  • eggplant
  • onion
  • pepper
  • tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • corn

For the marinade:

  • olive oil - 100 ml
  • soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper, dried garlic - to taste
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • rosemary - 1 sprig

Method of preparation :

1. Cut the vegetables into wide rings.

2. Pour olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dried garlic, raw chopped garlic, and rosemary into a bowl and mix well.

3. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and leave them to marinate for only 10-15 minutes.

4. Grill the vegetables and serve them with any sauce of your choice.
