How to cook grilled mackerel deliciously: a healthy alternative to kebabs
If you're tired of the usual kebabs or you just want to diversify your menu, grill mackerel. This fish has few bones and is very soft and juicy, so it is ideal for grilling. Besides, it is cooked much faster than pork.

Ingredients:
- mackerel - 2 pcs.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- dill - 2 bunches
- salt, pepper, olive oil - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the mackerel into fillets and remove all bones.
2. Make cuts on the skin.
3. Season the fillet with salt and pepper.
4. Finely chop the onion.
5. Add salt and toss it well so that it starts to release juice.
6. Tear off the dill leaves and chop finely.
7. Drizzle the fish with oil and put the fillets with the onion and dill in layers.
