1. Chicken wings in honey and soy sauce

Ingredients:

• wings - 500 g
• liquid honey - 2 tbsp
• soy sauce - 50 ml
• garlic - 1 clove.
• salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix honey with soy sauce, add chopped garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
2. Put the wings in a bowl and pour the sauce over them, marinate for about 20 minutes.
3. Grill until golden brown.

2. Chicken drumsticks in sour cream

Ingredients:

• drumsticks - 1.2 kg
• red wine - 50 ml
• fat sour cream - 3 tbsp
• seasoning for chicken - 10 g
• salt - to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Salt the drumsticks, pepper, and add seasonings.
2. Mix sour cream, and wine and mix well, put the drumsticks in this mixture. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Put the meat on the grill, roast for about 30 minutes, and turn it over every 5 minutes.

3. Grilled chicken thighs in orange juice

Ingredients:

• chicken thighs with skin - 900 g
• soy sauce - 1/4 cup
• red onion - 2 pcs.
• garlic - 2-3 cloves.
• orange juice - 1/4 cup
• ginger - 2 tbsp. 
• oil - 1-2 tbsp.
• pepper - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, orange juice, onion, grated ginger and pepper. Add the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2. After the time is up, put the thighs skin side down on the grid and fry for 5-6 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to prevent the meat from burning.
