How to cook funchose for a festive table: an unusual solution
Probably everyone has heard of the famous funchoza. And while it is extremely popular in Chinese cuisine, we are not yet fully aware of how to make glass noodles. Knowing some of the nuances of cooking, you can safely use it even for a festive table.

Korean-style japchae
Ingredients:
- Starch noodles - 80 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
- Kimchi - 1 jar
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1/2 pc.
- Chili pepper
- Sesame seeds - 2 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over the noodles and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the meat.
3. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, kimchi, and chopped garlic.
4. Marinate the meat in the resulting mass.
5. Chop the vegetables and fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
6. Fry the meat separately.
7. Boil the noodles.
8. Mix all the ingredients.
9. Add kimchi and season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
