It is worth noting that dumplings can be cooked without boiling, for example, by frying them in a frying pan or baking them in the oven.

Ingredients:
- frozen dumplings - 450 g
- cream 20% - 150-200 ml
- mushrooms - 150 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, spices - to taste
- butter - 1 tsp.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the oil. Add the dumplings, fry over low heat until golden brown, and put the finished dumplings on a dish.
2. Add the chopped mushrooms and onions to the same pan and fry until golden brown. Add spices and salt. Then pour in the cream and stir.
3. Put the dumplings in the same pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes over low heat. If you think the sauce is not enough, add more cream or milk + starch, milk + flour.
Sprinkle the dumplings with herbs before serving.
