According to Anastasiia Solopii, perfectly cooked rice is characterized by its crumbly structure. This can be achieved by cooking the cereal both in a pot and a frying pan.

Basic rules for cooking rice in a saucepan:

  • Before cooking, be sure to rinse the rice several times until the water becomes clear.
  • Do not stir the porridge during the cooking process.
Otherwise, the grains of rice break, the starch begins to stand out from them and instead of good crumbly rice, you get sticky porridge.

  • First, fry the rice in olive oil for a few minutes.

It is forbidden to stir the rice during cooking, otherwise, it will turn out sticky

To emphasize the flavor of the rice, the food blogger recommends adding saffron to the dish. But if you don't have it at home, there is a cheaper analog – turmeric.

  • Zucchini – 250 g
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Eggs – 1 pc
  • Flour – 50-70 g
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Mix rice with onion and zucchini. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fry over medium heat, covered, until golden brown.
