Not everyone can cook puffed rice, because this product is quite sticky and quickly turns into porridge. But there is a special technology that will help make the structure of this cereal perfect in a minimum amount of time. You don't need to use any special ingredients or special utensils to do this – everything is as simple as possible.
A simple life hack for making delicious rice was published by food bloggers from the babushkiny.zakatki Instagram page.
Cooking technology:
1. Rinse a glass of rice well with water.
2. Pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into a frying pan.
3. Add the rice and fry for exactly 2 minutes.
4. Then pour 1 cup of boiling water (in the proportion of 1 cup of rice – 1 cup of boiling water), add a little salt.
5. Cover the frying pan with a sheet of parchment and then a lid. Turn the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.
You can eat this rice as a side dish or make delicious cutlets.

Ingredients:
- round-grain rice
- onion
- carrot
- chicken fillet
- egg
- dill
- salt and pepper
1. Rice can be cooked in the way suggested.
2. Fry the onion with the carrots.
3. Make minced chicken in a blender.
4. Mix, add egg, salt, pepper and dill. Form into patties.
5. Fry until golden brown over medium heat.
6. Serve with sour cream.
