The expert notes that flaxseed helps cleanse the intestines and satiates the body due to its dietary fiber. The product also contains a large amount of phytoestrogen. These are phenolic compounds with antioxidant activity that protect the female body from tumors. Flax also normalizes cholesterol levels. ⠀

One of the biggest advantages of this product is the large amount of omega-3 fatty acids that our body needs every day. They reduce blood viscosity, increase vascular elasticity, improve digestion, and reduce the risk of diabetes and obesity. But all this is only possible in combination with a proper diet. ⠀

Method of preparation:

1. Soak 2-3 tbsp of flax seeds in water at room temperature.

2. You can leave it for 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.
