The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-prepare dorado with lemon, tomatoes, and herbs.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Tomato
- Lemon
- Dorado
- Bunch of green
- Spices for the potatoes
For the marinade:
- Olive oil
- Spices for fish
- Lemon juice
- Salt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into slices, add spices and oil, mix. Put into the mold with onions and tomatoes.
2. Sauce: mix all ingredients.
3. Put the fish on the potatoes, brush the inside of the fish with the sauce, put the lemon, tomatoes and herbs in the cuts and inside. Cover with foil.
4. Cook the fish in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes at 200°C.
