How to cook figs deliciously: an idea for a spectacular appetizer
Summer and autumn is the season of figs. Therefore, this fruit should be actively added to your diet, as it is extremely healthy. Many people eat it raw. But true gourmets who have been familiar with this fruit for a long time make delicious and exquisite snacks from it.
The idea of baked figs was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Myroslava Shevchenko (myroslava_sheva).
Method of cooking figs:
1. Cut the ripe figs in half.
2. Drizzle with honey and bake for a maximum of 10 minutes.
3. Spread the moldy cheese (Roquefort or Dor Blue) on the still hot figs. The delicate cheese will melt slightly on the hot figs, but if necessary, you can put it in the oven for a minute longer.
4. But don't spread the cheese right before baking the figs. This is too much time for it, it will melt too much. As a result, the fat will separate and the taste will spoil.
5. When serving, you can sprinkle with pink pepper, as it will add flavor.
