How to cook eggplants to make them taste better than meat: a successful recipe

There are many ways to prepare eggplants deliciously: marinate them for the winter, make them into an appetizer or salad, bake them in the oven with a filling, stew them, or fry them. To fry eggplants in a pan is enough to choose the right breading. It makes the vegetable even tastier than regular meat.

The recipe for breaded fried eggplant was published on a culinary channel on YouTube (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients:

  • eggplants – 2 pcs
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • salt, pepper
  • corn flour
  • wheat flour
  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the eggplants. Make several cuts in each, starting from the tail. Then make one cut in half.

2. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and put on fire. Put the eggplants in. Cook for 3 minutes after boiling.

3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.

4. Mix wheat and corn flour.

5. Dip the eggplant first in egg, then in flour. Fry well on all sides.

6. When serving, cut off the eggplant tails.
