Ingredients
- eggplant - 1 pc
- egg - 1 pc
- breadcrumbs 50 gr
- spice mix for steak
- granulated garlic
- salt
Method of preparation
1. Peel the eggplant, wrap it in cling film and microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Add salt, granulated garlic, spices and milk to the egg. Mix well.
