How to cook eggplant deliciously: better than barbecue
If you cook eggplant properly, it can be even tastier than meat. To do this, simply fry the vegetable and add a variety of savory spices. You get a complete seasonal light snack.
The idea of cooking eggplant in sauce was shared by food blogger Mykola Liulko (mykola_lyulko) on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggplant – 600 g
- salt – 6 g
- vegetable oil – 50 g
- hoisin or unagi sauce – 80 g
- sesame seeds – 10 g
- nuts – 50 g
- fresh cilantro – 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the eggplant into four pieces lengthwise.
2. Put in a bowl.
3. Add salt and garlic.
4. Stir, add oil, and shake well.
5. Fry on the grill.
6. Pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add nuts and herbs.
