- couscous - a handful
- pepper and other spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the couscous until half cooked.
2. Beat two eggs with spinach (if fresh, finely chop it and pour boiling water over).
3. Combine the cereal and egg mixture.
4. Put the cutlets in the pan.
5. Fry under a closed lid on both sides.
6. The mixture is liquid, so you need to choose an iron or silicone molds To do this, put the mixture in a mold, put the pan on the fire, pour water in, then put the mold in and cover with a lid.
7. You can also just bake it in the oven.
