How to cook delicious turkey cutlets: recipe shared by Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi
The simplest and most delicious meat dish is cutlets. They are made from different meats, and they will taste differently. But if you want a more dietary option, choose chicken or turkey.
Culinary expert Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, dietary turkey cutlets with fried onions and spices, which would be an ideal option for dinner and lunch.
Ingredients:
- turkey thigh fillet – 800 g
- white bread – 90 g
- cream or milk – 50 g
- onion – 120 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- salt, pepper – to taste
- flour for dusting
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
2. Pour milk over the bread and let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Make minced meat, onion, and bread through a meat grinder.
4. Put the minced meat in a bowl and beat it well, add pepper, salt, egg and mix.
5. Form the patties by hand, roll in flour, and fry until cooked.
6. Put them on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
These cutlets are best served with potatoes and pickles.
