How to cook delicious dumplings in 20 minutes: a hearty meal for the whole family
One of the easiest and fastest dishes you can always eat is dumplings. At the same time, they can not only be boiled, but also deliciously fried in a pan and baked in the oven: with cheese, mushrooms, sour cream and sauce, and even with broth. The main thing is that it turns out to be very satisfying and you can feed the whole family with this dish.
Food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan) shared a recipe for baked dumplings with mushrooms and sour cream with cheese on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- dumplings
- butter
- mushrooms
- sour cream
- greens
- hard cheese
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms into rings and fry in butter. Add salt and sour cream, and cook under the lid while the dumplings are cooking.
2. Put the dumplings on the stove at the same time. Cook them in salted water until they are done.
3. When the dumplings are ready, put them in a baking dish.
4. Put the mushrooms on top, and sprinkle with herbs and hard cheese.
5. Bake the dumplings in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
