Cook Yanina Voron shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious rustic potatoes with salt, which you will always cook correctly.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 8-10 pcs.
- salt and spices – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes or just wash them well.
2. Cut the potatoes into slices.
3. Bring the water to a boil and boil it for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, then rinse it in cool water. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment so that the slices do not touch each other and bake at 220 C for 20-25 minutes.
