- carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 150 g of chickpeas
- small tomatoes
- half an onion
- olive oil
- lemon
- pesto
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Steam the couscous with boiling water.
2. Chop the vegetables and fry until tender.
