How to cook delicious couscous with vegetables for dinner: no need to cook
One of the easiest cereals to prepare is couscous because all you need to do is pour boiling water over the cereal. It is worth noting that couscous goes perfectly with vegetables, oil, and spices.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and healthy couscous with fresh vegetables, chickpeas, and pesto sauce.
Ingredients:
- couscous
- carrots
- 2 zucchini
- 150 g of chickpeas
- small tomatoes
- half an onion
- olive oil
- lemon
- pesto
- parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Steam the couscous with boiling water.
2. Chop the vegetables and fry until tender.
3. Put the couscous in a bowl, add the vegetables, and onions, and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and pesto. Add the parsley.
