How to cook delicious cottage cheese pancakes with poppy seeds
You can easily make fluffy cottage cheese pancakes. They will fry well, turn out golden and won't burn. For a better flavor, you can add poppy seeds to the batter.
The idea of making simple cottage cheese pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname kelbas v. Serve with sour cream and condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese grinded through a sieve or blender - 180-200 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 2 tsp
- a pinch of salt
- flour - 3 tbsp
- baking powder - 5 g
- poppy seeds or poppy seed filling - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. If you have regular cottage cheese, grind it through a sieve or whip it with a blender.
2. Put it in a bowl.
3. Add the egg and mix.
4. Add sugar and flour.
5. Add the poppy seeds and mix everything again.
6. Spoon the pancakes onto the frying pan.
7. Fry on both sides for 2 minutes.
