How to cook delicious Carbonara at home: the perfect recipe
"Carbonara is a popular gourmet pasta served in almost every restaurant. And you can easily make it at home. You just need a few simple ingredients.
The idea of making delicious Carbonara pasta is published on the Instagram page of chef Olga Ryabenko (olga_riabenko). Regular store-bought spaghetti will do.
Ingredients:
- bacon - 200 g
- pasta - 250 g
- egg yolks - 6 pcs.
- ground pepper, salt - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 150 g
- water from the pasta - 100 ml (adjust to taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the pasta in salted water. See the time on the package.
2. Cut the bacon into strips.
3. Fry until crispy.
4. Separate the yolks from the whites.
5. Add the ground black pepper, salt and part of the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Add the cooked pasta, water from the pasta and the rest of the Parmesan to the fried bacon.
7. Mix everything.
8. Remove from heat and add the egg yolk mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
9. Garnish with bacon and parmesan.
