Ingredients:
- homemade sour cream/33% cream - 500 ml
- butter - 50 g
- corn grits - 120 g
- salt
- bryndza
Banosh with sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Pour sour cream into a saucepan and put on fire. Stirring with a whisk, melt it completely.
2. Immediately add the butter. Stir to combine.

4. Add salt and, stirring constantly, cook the cereal until it starts to lag behind the walls of the pan and gather into one lump.
