1. Put the frying pan on the fire.

2. Put parchment paper on top.

3. Warm up.

4. Pour in the oil.

5. Put the meatballs in the pan.

6. After frying, roll up the parchment paper and throw it away.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 400 g
  • hard cheese – 150 g
  • onion – 1 pc
  • flour – 2 tbsp
  • egg – 1 pc
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • pepper, salt to taste
  • herbs
  • refined oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the fillet, and pat dry with a napkin.

2. Cut the prepared meat with a sharp knife into small pieces of approximately the same shape, and put everything in a deep bowl.

3. Add one egg to the mass, and mix well.

4. 4. Thoroughly coat with mayonnaise.

5. Pour in the flour, stirring it into the mixture at the same time.

6. Cut the onion into small squares, add to the rest of the ingredients, and mix.

7. Grate the cheese, and add to the mixture.

8. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well, cover with foil, and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to soak the fillet and make the mass thicker.

9. Take out, and add the greens.

10. Spoon the cutlets onto the frying pan using the method described above.

11. Fry for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
