The idea of making juicy meat patties was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Sheremet (tania_sheremet_).
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 1 kg
- bell pepper – 1 pc
- onion – 1 pc
- a bunch of parsley
- paprika – 0.5 tsp.
- seasoning for meat – 1 tsp
- water – 100 ml
- dried garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Cooking method:
1. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, parsley, water, meat seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to the minced meat to taste.
2. Stir and beat the minced meat well.
3. Form the patties, put them on a baking sheet, and make incisions.
4. Put in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
