How to cook cutlets to make them juicy and loose: just add two ingredients
Cutlets are a simple but tasty and satisfying dish that can be prepared in different ways, with different meats and even with legumes and vegetables. It's worth noting that if you add unusual ingredients to a dish, the taste may change.
Cook Victoria (cook_with_me_at_home) shared a recipe for delicious cutlets with cheese that are very juicy and soft on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- flour - 70 g
- sour cream - 70 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and add the minced chicken.
2. Grate the hard cheese, mix with eggs, sour cream, spices and flour, and mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil and spoon the minced meat into it, forming cutlets. Fry over medium heat on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Put the finished cutlets in a saucepan, cover and let stand for 10 minutes or transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes.
