How to cook crumbly buckwheat without a stove: tips
It's not easy to cook crumbly buckwheat in a regular saucepan because it turns into porridge. This dish is quite heavy for the body if you eat it in large quantities. Therefore, it is worth using another method of boiling such cereal, namely a multicooker.

Ingredients:
- buckwheat - 1 cup
- water - 2 cups
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 250 g
- green peas (frozen) - 1 cup
- garlic - 2 cloves
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper
- Italian herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Turn on the multicooker's frying mode for 15 minutes.
2. Add oil and fry the whole crushed garlic.
3. Add vegetables in stages: finely chopped onion, then grated carrot, and finally frozen peas.
4. Add the chopped mushrooms.
5. Stir.
6. Fry each individual component for 3 minutes, stirring.
7. When the vegetables are ready, add the buckwheat (previously sorted and washed).
8. Add water and spices.
9. Select the "buckwheat" mode.
