Ingredients:

  • buckwheat 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - 2 cups
  • salt, herbs, dry vegetables, pepper, dry garlic
  • mushrooms - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • sour cream - 1.5 tbsp
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • sleeve for baking

Method of preparation:

1. Pour buckwheat into the sleeve.

2. Pour in the spices.

3. Put fried onions on top.

4. Then diced carrots.

5. Put the mushrooms in a circle.

6. Add a spoonful of sour cream and pour in the water.

7. Tie the sleeve tightly and place it in the oven.

8. Cook at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
