Tip. To ensure that the potatoes are not dry but crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and that the spices and salt are well and evenly distributed, it is very important to pour boiling water over the sliced potatoes and boil them before baking.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1.3 kg
- oil - 5 tbsp.
- paprika - 1 hour
- salt - 1 tsp.
- dry garlic - 0.3 tsp.
- dry mustard - 0.5 tsp.
- spices for potatoes - 1 tsp.
- turmeric - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel potatoes. Cut them in half two times. The pieces should be the same. Pour boiling water over them and boil for 3-4 minutes.
2. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool for a few minutes.
3. For the marinade, combine oil with salt and spices, pour it over the potatoes and mix to coat each piece in the marinade.
4. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment or foil and bake at 220 C for 20-30 minutes.
Serve the dish with sour cream.
