How to cook corn in an unusual way: it turns out soft and juicy
Traditionally, corn is usually boiled and eaten on its own. But everyone's favorite vegetable can be prepared in a completely new way by boiling it in milk and then frying it with cheese in batter. The corn is very soft, juicy and has a nice crispy crust.

Ingredients:
- corn - 1 pc.
- milk - 1 liter
- sunflower oil - 1 bottle
- flour - 2 tbsp
- potato starch - 2 tbsp.
- corn or rice starch - 2 tbsp.
- non-bitter beer - 150 ml
- grappa or fruit distillate - 50 ml
- butter - 100 g
- mozzarella - 1 ball
- salt - 2 g
- pepper - 0.5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the corn into medium pieces. Boil vegetables in milk until tender.
2. For the batter, mix flour, starch and beer. Mix thoroughly. Add salt.
3. Add fruit distillate to the batter. Stir well.
4. Drain the milk from the corn. Mix vegetables with butter and salt. Mix well.
5. Put a small ring of mozzarella on each piece of corn. Pierce in the middle with a skewer.
6. Pour the oil into the pan and put it on the fire.
7. Dip the corn and cheese in the batter and fry one by one.
