How to cook clafoutis with cherries in the oven: a pie and a casserole at the same time
French clafoutis with cherries is a cross between a pie and a classic casserole. The dessert combines sweet, dense dough with juicy cherries to great effect – a real symphony of flavors.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- milk - 300 ml
- butter - 50 g
- sugar - 80 g
- vanilla sugar - 20 g
- flour - 100 g
- cherries - 450-600 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
2. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, flour, and butter.
3. Add the milk.
4. Put the cherries in the mold.
5. Pour in the batter. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
