How to cook chops in breading and batter: turn out very crispy
Chops are a hot meat dish made mainly from pork or chicken fillet. To make the chops soft, juicy and crispy, it is recommended to cook them in batter and breading.
Food blogger Maria Lysytsia with the nickname masha_lisitsia shared a recipe for chicken chops in batter and breading on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs
- eggs - 3 pcs
- garlic - 4 cloves
- herbs
- rosemary - 1 sprig
- breadcrumbs
- flour - 100 g
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut fillet into pieces. Beat each of them under the film.
2. Beat eggs until smooth and add garlic.
3. Mix flour with a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika in a separate bowl.
4. Mix breadcrumbs, herbs, and Parmesan separately too.
5. First roll the fillet pieces in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the chops over medium heat until cooked through.
