How to cook chips at home to make them taste better than store-bought ones
When you decide to watch an interesting TV series or your favorite movie, you usually have to go to the store to buy a lot of goodies. Most often, in such cases, your hand reaches for chips.
But why not make chips at home? If you follow chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo's tips on Instagram, you can make delicious homemade chips in minutes that will be even tastier than the ones sold in the store.
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying
Method of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
2. Soak in cold water for a while.
3. Roll up two slices and secure with a skewer.
4. Fry until crispy.
5. Sprinkle the finished chips with salt.
