Georgian salad with chicken liver:
- chicken liver - 250 g
- corn starch - 1 tbsp
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- red onion - 1/2 pc
- garlic - 1 clove
- hot pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
- pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp
- walnuts - 1 tbsp
- cilantro - a bunch
