How to cook chicken liver in an interesting way: recipe for a simple salad

Georgian salad with chicken liver:
- chicken liver - 250 g
- corn starch - 1 tbsp
- tomatoes - 1 pc
- red onion - 1/2 pc
- garlic - 1 clove
- hot pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
- pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp
- walnuts - 1 tbsp
- cilantro - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Roll the liver in starch.
2. Fry over moderate heat for 6-8 minutes.
3. Cut the tomato and onion into half rings.
4. Squeeze the garlic.
5. Chop the cilantro.
6. Add chopped hot pepper and spices.
7. Put the cooked liver in a bowl.
8. Add olive oil.
9. Add pomegranate seeds.
10. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
