How to cook chicken for lunch: it will be very juicy and soft
Even dry and dietary chicken can be made very juicy. And it will remain so even after baking in the oven. You just need to add a few simple ingredients.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken fillet for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Zhuk (nataliia zhuk cooking). Add delicious seasonal tomatoes and slices of cheese.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- salt, seasoning for chicken
- tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- Suluguni or mozzarella cheese - 100 g
- spinach leaves
- vegetable oil
- cherry tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Take two small fillets and a sharp knife.
2. Cut the fillets in half without cutting all the way through.
3. Season with salt and chicken seasoning.
4. Turn over and do the same.
5. Also chop the tomatoes and 100 grams of suluguni or mozzarella cheese.
6. Put the chopped tomatoes and cheese in the middle of the fillet alternately.
7. Put spinach leaves on top.
8. Fasten each fillet with toothpicks.
9. Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
10. Also put a sprig of cherry tomatoes in the pan.
11. Put in the oven for 15 minutes in the same pan.
12. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
