How to cook chicken fillet deliciously so that it is juicy and crusty: we share a successful recipe
Chicken fillet is an ideal product for preparing delicious and satisfying dishes, but it is worth noting that it can also be tasty for those on a diet. To prevent it from being dry, add cheese, tasty breading, spices, and garlic.
Cook Valentyna Sayenko shared a recipe for delicious fillet chops in a flour and cheese breading with herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 2-3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 4 cloves.
- Parsley - a small bunch
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- White bread - 4 slices
- Flour - 150 g
- Salt, pepper, smoked paprika - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut off any excess and cut into three pieces. Beat off each one under the film, but so that the fillet does not tear.
2. Beat the eggs and add the finely chopped garlic.
3. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika and stir.
4. Put the breadcrumbs in a blender and blend together with the parsley leaves, rosemary and hard cheese.
5. Dredge the fillets in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
