How to cook cauliflower to keep it healthy: a simple idea
Cauliflower should definitely be in your diet because it is extremely healthy and nutritious. But when choosing cooking options, it's better to avoid frying. You should opt for baking. To make the vegetable hearty and juicy, you need to add a delicate sauce.

Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 700-800 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sour cream 20% - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 50 g
- grain mustard - 1 tsp.
- grated cheese - 100 g
- salt and pepper - to taste
- butter for greasing the mold
Cooking method:
1. Chop the cabbage and boil in salted water for 3 minutes from the moment of boiling. Put it in a pre-buttered mold.
2. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, eggs, salt and pepper.
3. Pour over the cauliflower, sprinkle with cheese, and put in the oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
