If you want to cook cauliflower quickly and tasty, boiling and frying it in egg batter is a great option. This way, it will not have a specific flavor and will be very crispy.

Food blogger Viktoriia Didus with the nickname victoria_didus shared a recipe for fried cauliflower in egg batter on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower
  • eggs
  • salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Divide the cauliflower into florets.

2. Boil the cabbage in salted water for about 8 minutes.

3. Dip each boiled cabbage floret in a beaten egg.

4. Fry the cauliflower in a frying pan until golden brown.
