Ingredients:
- 400 g of cauliflower
- 200 g of minced meat
- 3 tbsp of rice
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp of sour cream
- 30 grams of hard cheese
- half a small onion
- salt, bay leaf, dried herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Disassemble the cabbage into florets and cook for 5 minutes with salt and bay leaf.
3. At the same time, boil rice until half cooked.
4. Drain the cabbage and mash it a little. Add rice and minced meat. Stir to combine.
5. Beat eggs, sour cream, grated cheese, onion and spices in a bowl.
6. Add the egg mixture to the cabbage with meat and rice. Stir well. Put into a greased baking dish and bake until the edges are golden brown.
