- chicken fillet - 300 g

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into cubes and put it in a frying pan.
2. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Add to the chicken. Cook for a few minutes.
3. Add bulgur, water and spices. Simmer under the lid until tender.
