Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 200 g
  • water - 400 ml
  • chicken fillet - 450 g
  • salt to taste
  • cheese - 50 g

1. Wash the buckwheat, and put it in a mold greased with vegetable oil.

2. Pour salted water over everything, put chicken, onions, and carrots on top, and cover with cheese.
