How to cook buckwheat in an unusual way: add only two ingredients
One of the healthiest cereals is buckwheat, which contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals. Experts recommend eating it regularly, especially for those on diets and vegetarians. It contains fiber, potassium, calcium, zinc, iron, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, folic acid, B vitamins, and 18 other amino acids.
Buckwheat is usually cooked in the form of porridge, but it is also used to make soups, delicious buckwheat cakes, and salads.
