There's nothing easier than putting all the necessary ingredients in a baking sleeve and putting it in the oven. Quick, hearty and delicious - what else to ask for?

Ingredients:
- buckwheat - 250 g
- water - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper, dried garlic
- mushrooms - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- sour cream - 1.5 tbsp
- baking sleeve
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the buckwheat and pour it into the sleeve. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
2. Chop the onion and carrot. Fry the onion. Add the vegetables to the buckwheat.
3. Add the whole mushrooms.
4. Add sour cream.
5. Add the water. Tie the sleeve tightly.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
