How to cook broccoli in beer batter: a recipe for appetizer and side dish at the same time

Ingredients:
- broccoli - 1 head
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 80 g
- beer - 100 ml
- butter - 50 g
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the broccoli into florets. Boil in salted boiling water for about 4 minutes.
2. Drain the water and let the broccoli cool.
3. Separate the white from the yolk. Whisk the egg white until fluffy.
4. Add flour, beer, and melted butter to the yolk. Add salt and mix until smooth.
5. Combine the resulting mass with the protein.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan.
7. Roll the broccoli and fry until golden brown.
