If you don't like broccoli, it means that you are simply cooking it incorrectly. This cabbage is very healthy, and nutritious and goes well with many foods. Muffins with this product are especially delicious. They are quite low-calorie, hearty, and not at all greasy.
The idea of making fluffy broccoli muffins was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina Smachnenko (ira.smachnenko).
Ingredients:
- mozzarella - 125 g
- flour - 3 tbsp (whole grain)
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- broccoli - a sprig
- corn
Method of preparation:
1. Two eggs break into a bowl.
2. Grate cheese, carrots and mozzarella.
3. Finely chop the broccoli, add plenty of corn.
4. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
5. Put the mass into muffin tins, and put on the lower mode with convection at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
