Ingredients:

  • Cabbage - 1\2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cream - 300 g
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper, oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Chop the vegetables – thinly chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Mix the cabbage and carrots and put them to simmer over medium heat, add 100 g of water to the pan to prevent them from burning.
  3. Fry the onion separately until golden brown in a little oil.
  4. Add chopped garlic to the half-cooked cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add cream and sour cream to the cabbage. Season with salt.
  6. Cover and simmer over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.

  • Cabbage - 400 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Smoked paprika
  • Spices.

Method of preparation:

  1. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Chop the onion. Put on the fire to fry.
  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Put it to the onion.
  4. Grate the carrots.
  5. Add cabbage to the potatoes and onions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the carrots.
  7. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Add salt, paprika, and spices.
  8. Chop the dill.
  9. Remove the vegetables from the heat. Sprinkle with dill when serving.
