White cabbage is a very healthy and tasty product that can be used to make borscht, soups, salads, and casseroles. It can also be deliciously stewed with meat, prunes, garlic, and spices. You can add prunes, nuts, and turmeric for a bright flavor.

Ingredients:
- Fillet - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- Water - 250 ml
- Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and grate the carrots, fry them well until golden brown.
2. Cut the fillet into small pieces and fry until tender, season with salt and pepper, and add the prepared roast.
3. Chop the cabbage and fry it separately until half cooked, then add the roast with the meat, mix well and cover.
4. Dissolve the tomato paste in water, add to the pan, season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer over low heat until tender.
