How to cook beets in an unusual way: recipe for tender casserole

Ingredients:
- boiled beets - 600 g
- cottage cheese (of any fat content) - 360-400 g
- sour cream (of any fat content) - 100 g
- semolina - 40 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, semolina, eggs and salt. Stir until smooth.
2. Boil and grate beets. Add the vegetable to the total mass and mix.
3. Put the resulting mass into a mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
