Food blogger Valeriy Ponomar shared a recipe for a delicious beef kebab and marinade on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Beef tenderloin - 1.2 kg
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Hot pepper - 1/2 pc.
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- Coarse salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the outer film from the tenderloin and cut it into about 2 cm thick.
2. Marinade: chop the onion, put it in a blender, add olive oil, rosemary, hot and black pepper, soy sauce and blend well.
3. Put the meat in a bowl and pour the marinade, remember it well with your hands and leave it to marinate in the evening overnight, do not add salt to the marinade.
4. Put the meat on the skewers, and remove the remaining marinade to prevent it from burning.
5. Salt the meat with coarse salt on the grill after the first turn of the skewers, so the meat will be very soft and tasty.
