Method 1
This method is the easiest. You only need to pour the beans into a saucepan, cover with cold water, and boil over medium heat. Then drain the water and pour in new water. Repeat this procedure until the beans are fully cooked.
Method 2
The next method is to add a little baking soda to the beans while they are cooking, about the tip of a knife. At the end of cooking, add a few drops of lemon juice to neutralize the effect of the baking soda. In this case, salt the beans after adding the lemon juice.

For this method, you will need a microwave. To do this, put the beans in a glass dish, cover them with cold water, and microwave for 10 minutes. Cook at maximum power. After that, the beans should be thoroughly mixed, salted, and cooked for another 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
