How to cook beans quickly: food bloggers share their experience
Beans are considered to be very tasty and healthy, but they can be quite difficult to cook. The product takes a long time to boil, and not everyone is willing to spend a lot of time on it. But by following just a few tips, you can significantly reduce the time it takes to cook beans.

Recipe for stewed beans with tomato paste from irynazagorska.
Ingredients:
- red beans - 0.5 kg
- onion - 2 pcs.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- oil - 100 ml
- garlic - 3 cloves
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- bay leaves - 1 pc.
- ground hot and sweet paprika - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
The technology of boiling beans
- Cover the beans with water overnight. Rinse well, add fresh water, and bring to a boil. Drain this water too – pour hot water twice as much as the beans.
- Cook the beans with onions and bay leaves for about 1.5 hours.
- Drain the cooked beans in a colander, do not pour out the water.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings. Fry together with grated carrots in vegetable oil until soft. Add crushed garlic and paprika.
- Dissolve tomato paste in the bean broth, and pour it over the beans so that they are covered by about a finger. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients:
- beans - 200 g
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp.
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp.
- ground coriander - 1/2 tsp.
- dry garlic - 1 tsp.
- flour - 80 g
- salt - to taste
- flour for rolling cutlets
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
- Dice the potatoes and boil until tender.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion, salt, coriander, and cumin. Fry until the onions are soft.
- Put onion, potatoes, beans, granulated garlic, and salt to taste in a blender
- Blend beans, onions, potatoes, and garlic until smooth. Add salt.
- Add the flour. Mix well.
- Form the patties.
- Fry the patties on medium heat on both sides until golden brown
- Put on a paper towel.
