How to cook asparagus in a frying pan to make it healthy
For those who have not yet had time to try this unique vegetable, now is the time to do so. In order not to spoil the taste and preserve all the benefits of the superfood, you should use a minimum of spices and oils in cooking, choosing an alternative.
Food blogger Khrystyna Petrash (kristy_cookery) shared how to cook asparagus in a tasty and healthy way on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- asparagus
- butter
- hard cheese (Parmesan) - optional
Method of preparation:
1. First, cut off the bottom part of the asparagus, about 2-3 centimeters. After all, it is the hardest part.
2. Next, peel the vegetable.
3. Then fry the asparagus in butter for about 3-4 minutes. Make sure that it does not fall apart and is slightly crispy.
4. Season with salt.
5. Sprinkle with hard cheese if desired.
